How are we addressing safety concerns regarding COVID-19? As part of our everyday practices, we follow strict safety policies and procedures, above and beyond what is required of us to ensure a safe environment for all. Still, we are taking additional measures to help ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers.
While not an exhaustive list, our responses to the virus are as follows:
- We wear N-95 mask for each new appointment
- Prior to our technicians entering your home, any equipment used will be treated with our probiotic technology.
- We will wash hands and/or use hand sanitizer before and after every appointment
- We will maintain a 6’ distance between employees and customers for social distancing
- Encouraging our employees to monitor their health and well-being closely.
- Asking our employees to stay home if they or someone in their household are sick.
- We will continue to update you on developments and help you avoid disappointing consumer experiences.
