Great service! They came out the week I called and were very professsional and polite. Did a great job! He said if any spots returned/resurfaced he would come back and touch up free of charge. I also received text messages about who was coming and when after my initial call to make an appointment, plus received a call from the guy when he was on his way over. I want everyone to know that they actually answered their phones and gave me estimate right away!
Great heads up on when they were expecting to show up via text and a phone call when they were on their way. Carpet was cleaned as expected but what was really impressive was the effort put into taking out ball point pen from the microfiber sofa. Andrew spent probably a good 30-40 minutes working on the one area and you can’t notice it. Friendly and honest business at reasonable cost. They’ll be back to our house if we need carpet or furniture service again!
