What we Included with Carpet Cleaning Packages
Pre-Inspection
We will inspect all the areas including in your cleaning to verify the condition and the treatment necessary for cleaning.
Pre-Spray
We will apply a heavy-duty pre-spray to the carpet to remove oily dirt.
Carpet Deodorizing
We include deodorizing to ensure that your carpet smells great and no longer has unpleasant odors.
Pre-Conditioner
We will apply a pre-conditioner to difficult stains, to help with the removal process during the cleaning.
Hot-Water Extraction
We use a truck-mounted hot-water extraction method to clean your carpets. This involves a combination of hot water and cleaning agents, at high pressure and lifting soil by a power vacuum.
Final Inspection
We will perform a quality assurance check when we are done to be sure everything is clean a the completion of your cleaning.

Customers purchasing the Platinum package will receive a ½ price option for an interval cleaning. If you schedule within 6 months of your original service date, we will clean your open traffic area and re-apply 3M Carpet Protector.
Spot-Free Insurance: You will receive a one-time spot removal service ($79.00 value) If you can not remove a spot or spill, we will return one-time at NO CHARGE and treat your spot for free, within the first 60-days after your Platinum Service Carpet Cleaning. Exclusions: Stains or Spills caused by bleach, benzoyl peroxide or other corrosives.
